Robert Sink
Robert E. Sink, 93, of Van Wert, died at 3:33 a.m. Nov. 30, 2009, at Community Health Professionals-Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
He was born May 4, 1916, in Van Wert to Ralph and Opal Ullam Sink. On Nov. 12, 1939, he married Nadine Fox, who survives.
Other survivors are a son, Tom (Nancy) Sink, Van Wert; a daughter, Joy (Homer) Kraner, Rockford; nine grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Elmer Sink; and two sisters, Helen Noggle-Thompson and Lois Adkins.
He retired from Aeroquip Corporation (Eaton), Van Wert, and was a member of Calvary Evangelical Church, Van Wert. He was a graduate of Van Wert High School.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Burial is at Woodland Cemetery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Wednesday at Cowan and Son Funeral Home, Van Wert.
