* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Warren Brockman
Otterbein St. Marys resident Warren G. Brockman, 86, formerly of Minster, died at 8 a.m. June 16, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
He was born July 17, 1923, in New Bremen to Benjamin and Evelyn Rump Brockman. On June 28, 1950, he married Adelaide "Addy" Thieman, who died Feb. 15, 1992. On April 15, 1994, he married Marita Bruns Elking, who died Dec. 8, 2004.
Surviving are three children, Ann (Marvin) Selhorst, Wapakoneta; Mary (Ted) Beckman, Minster, and Jane (Virgil) Bertke, St. Marys; two siblings, Helen Wissman and Vernita (Mack) Wellman, all of New Bremen; a brother-in-law, Wilbur Gruebmeyer, New Bremen; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Deceased are two brothers, Earl and Paul Brockman; and a sister, Gladys Gruebmeyer.
He was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster. He was a member of the New Bremen American Legion and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force. He worked as a tool and die maker at Wayne Trail in Fort Loramie.
Funeral services are 9:30 a.m. Saturday at the church, the Revs. Rick Nieberding and Don Theiman officiating. Burial with full military honors at the graveside by the New Bremen American Legion will be at the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday and 8:30-9 a.m. Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
