* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Jacquelina Balfour
Jacquelina "Jackie" Balfour, 79, Celina, died at 7:43 p.m. June 15, 2010, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born Oct. 1, 1930, in Greenville to Herschel Jack and Vernice Ford. On May 26, 1972, she married Keith Balfour, who survives in Celina.
Surviving is a brother, Gene (Iona) Ford, Greenville; and a sister, Joan (John) Ford, Danville, Ill.
Deceased are two brothers, Robert and Tom Ford.
She worked at WCSM Radio for several years and was an owner and operator of the former WMER, now WKKI in Celina. She retired after 22 years as director of the Celina-Mercer County Chamber of Commerce. She was a Girl Scout advisor and also spent 18 years as Lake Festival Pageant director. She was a member of Grace Missionary Church in Celina.
Private funeral services are being held at the convenience of the family. Burial will be at Woodlawn Cemetery in Van Wert.
Memorials can be made to State of the Heart Hospice and Celina Manor Nursing Home.
