* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Elsie Brown
Elsie P. Brown, 96, St. Marys, died at 2:06 p.m. Oct. 1, 2010, at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital in St. Marys.
She was born Dec. 28, 1913, in Trenton, N.J., to Joseph Henry and Mary Ann Barcroft Palmer. On Nov. 21, 1940, she married John A. Brown, who died Jan. 6, 2010.
Surviving are six children, Bob (Susan) Brown, Centerville, Mary Ann Hollman, Winter Park, Fla., Betty (Harold) Hussey, St. Marys, John (Luanne) Brown, Lincoln, Neb., Tom (Mary) Brown, West Columbia, S.C., and Peggy Jo Folk, St. Marys; 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased is a son-in-law, James H. Folk Jr.
She was a 1933 graduate of Trenton High School in Trenton, N.J. She was a homemaker and member of Zion Lutheran Church, St. Marys, and Eastern Star.
Funeral services are noon Tuesday at the church.
Calling is 10 a.m.
