* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...From 11 AM Sunday to 8 AM EDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

James Kennedy
James E. Kennedy, 75, Celina, died May 28, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born May 24, 1936, to Coleman and Doris LeVeck Kennedy. He married Joyce Moore, who survives.
Also surviving are two sons, Kim (Lynda) Kennedy, Jacksonville, Fla., and Greg Kennedy, Arcanum; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is his stepfather, Roy LeVeck.
He retired as a printer for Grafcor, Richmond, Ind. He was a firefighter for the New Madison Volunteer Fire Department for 25 years, and a volunteer driver for the Tri Village Rescue.
A graveside memorial service is 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at Palestine Cemetery in Palestine, the Rev. Eric Fee officiating.
There will be no public visitation.
Arrangements were handled by Braund Funeral Home, New Madison.
Memorials may be directed to the New Madison Volunteer Fire Department.
