* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

William Glover
William R. Glover, 71, St. Marys, died at 9:12 a.m. July 15, 2011, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born May 25, 1940, in Cleveland, to William C. and Viola Schmelter Glover. On Oct. 10, 1970, he married Shirley Adams, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Della Driver and Jimmi (Robert) Stead, Troy; a son, Michael (Lyndi) Glover, Los Angeles; a brother, Thomas (Emily) Glover, Geneva, N.Y.; seven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
A graduate of Rhodes High School, Cleveland, and Kent State University, he retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co., St. Marys. He served with the Ohio National Guard.
He was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie 767 and American Legion Post 323, St. Marys, and Moose Lodge, Celina.
Services are noon Tuesday at Miller, Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. Monday and one hour prior to services Tuesday at the funeral home on High Street.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a fund established to plant trees in Bill Glover's memory.
