* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Lewis Painter
Lewis L. "Boose" Painter, 58, Willshire, died at 4:51 p.m. July 16, 2011, in Community Health Professional Inpatient Hospice Center, Van Wert.
He was born April 7, 1953, in Decatur, Ind., to Charles L. and Janette Crites Painter. His mother survives. On Nov. 10, 1973, he married Gayla Marbaugh, who survives in Willshire.
Also surviving are two sons, Jade (Amanda) Painter, Willshire, and Jordan (Jenelle) Painter, Decatur; a daughter, Jamie (Troy) Temple, Ohio City; two sisters, Sherry (Brad) Adler, Willshire, and Lisa K. (Jon) Caffee, Willshire; four brothers, John J. (Dixie) Painter, Fort Wayne, Ind., Charles J. (Barbara) Painter, Celina, Jeffrey M. Painter, Willshire, Stuart R. (Michelle) Painter, Willshire; and six grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister, Linda A. Ramey.
He attended New Hope Church in Decatur and served on the administration team. He was a member of the Sons of the American Legion in Willshire.
He graduated from Parkway High School in 1972. He retired as a superintendent at Weigand Construction in July 2010. He also retired from Carpenter's Local 232.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Kevin August officiating.
Calling is 1-8 p.m. Wednesday at Zwick & Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, and 9:30 a.m. until time of service on Thursday at the church.
Memorials may be made to Community Health Professionals Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert or to the church.
