* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected into Wednesday morning. Locally heavy rainfall can be expected with the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same locations. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Eileen Winner
Former Fort Loramie resident Eileen M. Bohman Winner, 85, died July 16, 2011, at Dorothy Love Retirement Community, Sidney.
She was born Feb. 20, 1926, in St. Rose, to Edward and Rose Clune Bohman. On April 21, 1948, she married Anthony N. Winner, who died in 1971.
Surviving are three children, Chris (Gary) Maurer, Anthony (Janis) Winner, and Kathy (John) Pleiman, all of Fort Loramie; three siblings, Don (Ann) Bohman, Minster, Connie Dunson-Lewis, Sidney, Jim (Linda) Bohman, Centerville; in-laws, Kathy Bohman, Minster, and Orville "Bud" (Annie) Winner, Minster; nine grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a daughter, Victoria Winner, and a brother, Dan Bohman.
A 1942 graduate of Minster High School, she worked as a civilian at Wright Patterson Air Force Base during World War II. She retired from Marwil Products.
She attended St. Michael Catholic Church, Fort Loramie, where she was active in St. Ann's Ladies Sodality and a prayer line volunteer.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Steven Shoup officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Gehret Funeral Home, Fort Loramie.
Memorials may be directed to Dorothy Love Life Care Fund or to the charity of the donor's choice.
