* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Rian Woodward Sr.
Rian D. "Woody" Woodward Sr., 33, Fairborn, died Sept 2, 2011.
He was born June 12, 1978, at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base to David C. and Georgia C. (Hancock) Woodward, who survive in Celina. His wife, Jennifer Woodward, also survives.
Other survivors are a son, Rian D. Woodward Jr.; a daughter, Callie Ann Marie Woodward; a stepson, Daniel Sparks; and a stepdaughter, Sehlbe Toney; two brothers, Ronnie (Barb) Sweitzer, Black River, N.Y., and Russell (Stephanie) Cooper, Fairborn; and a sister, Ruby K. Sweitzer Champlin, Celina.
A 1997 graudate of Fairborn High School, he served in the U.S. Air Force as a radiology technician and later was employed by Mobile X USA.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, 1501 N. Broad St., Fairborn, the Rev. Ruth B. Paulus officiating. Burial will follow in Byron Cemetery.
Calling is 6-8 p.m. today at Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Rian D. Woodward Sr. Memorial Fund at any Wright-Patt Credit Union or to P.O. Box 286, Fairborn, OH 45324.
Arrangements are being handled by Belton-Stroup Funeral Home, Fairborn.
