* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Dorothy Otting
Dorothy W. Otting 89, Minster, died Sept. 3, 2011, at Briarwood Nursing Center, Coldwater.
She was born Dec. 8, 1921, in New Bremen, to Raymond and Marie Topp Mohrman. On May 25, 1946, she married Elmor J. Otting, who died Aug. 8, 2008.
Surviving are four children, Mary (Raymond) Heslin, Charlestown, W.Va., Martha (Melvin) Steinbrunner, Celina, Bob (Diane) Otting, Maria Stein, Cindy (Mike) Haines, Piqua; a sister, Dolores Fledderjohn, New Bremen; 12 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Donald Mohrman; one grandchild; and two great-grandchildren.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster, Eagles Auxiliary, Minster, and New Bremen Senior Citizens. She was retired from Goodyear Tire and Rubber, St. Marys, and had also worked at Shenks Dry Goods, Crown Equipment, Precision Strip and Abloom Flowers and Gifts.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Thursday at the church, the Rev. Rick Nieberding officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-9:30 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Minster. Memorials may be made to the donor's choice.
