* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Virginia Westgerdes
Virginia L. Westgerdes, 82, Coldwater, died at 7:15 p.m. Sept. 2, 2011, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born June 23, 1929, in Coldwater, to Raymond and Ida (Wendel) Tangeman. On June 9, 1951, she married John A. Westgerdes, who died March 14, 2011.
Surviving are five children, David (Dory) Westgerdes, Celina, Thomas Westgerdes, Coldwater, Mark (Brenda) Westgerdes, Celina, Richard (Jane) Westgerdes, Celina, and Cheryl (Daniel) Hoyng, Coldwater; nine grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic church, Coldwater, and St. Ann's Rosary Altar Sodality of the church.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church. Burial will follow in St. Elizabeth Cemetery, Coldwater.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. today and 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater, where condolences may be left at hogenkampfh.com.
