* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Roger Gehle
Roger L. Gehle, 61, died Oct. 27, 2011, in Muskegon, Mich.
He was born Oct. 15, 1950, in Celina, to Victor and Iona Remaklus Gehle. On Aug. 8, 1973, he married Linda Huelsman, who survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Alison (Mani) Sharma, Chicago, Alicia Gehle, Peoria, Ill.; a grandaughter; four brothers, Mike (Kay) Gehle, Dennis (Sue) Gehle, David (Debra) Gehle, and John (Carol) Gehle; three sisters, Janet (Dale) Alig, Phyllis (Jack) Beckett and Marilyn (Ned) Roediger; mother-in-law, Marie Huelsman; in-laws, Rebecca (James) Braun, Diane (John) Dieters, Peggy Huelsman, Douglas Huelsman, Donald (Constance) Muhlenkamp, Richard (Barbara) Huelsman, Dennis (Sandra) Huelsman, Michael (Lori) Huelsman, Michael (Nancy) Homan, Marilyn Huelsman and Kathleen (Daniel) Geier.
Deceased are a sister, Angela Gehle; and father-in-law, Vincent Huelsman.
He was a business consultant in the Muskegon area and belonged to Grand Rapids Lions Club.
Funeral Mass is noon Wednesday at Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church, Muskegon, Mich., the Rev. Antony Britto officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to service at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Grand Rapids Lions Club Foundation.
