* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Iva Gibson
Iva Jean Gibson, 77, St. Marys, died Oct. 28, 2011, at Golden Living Center, St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 14, 1934, in Middlesboro, Ky., to Rubin and Woodie Webb Burns. On June 10, 1954, she married Kenneth Gibson, who died Jan. 20, 2000.
Surviving are two children, Gary (Charlene) Gibson, St. Marys, Lisa (David) Coates, Scottsburg, Ind.; a brother, Rev. Jack (Opal) Burns, St. Marys; and nine grandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Robert Burns, and an infant sister, Mavis Burns.
She was a graduate of Bell County High School in Kentucky and was retired from Trim Trends Corporation, Spencerville.
She was a member of Samaria Missionary Baptist Church, St. Marys.
Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church, the Rev. Denny Hunter officiating. Burial will follow in Elm Grove Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Monday at Miller Funeral Home, where memorials may be directed to the church. Condolences may be left at Millerfuneralhomes.net.
