* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Harold Brackman
Harold D. Brackman, 78, Coldwater, died at 8:05 p.m. Nov. 4, 2011, at Community Hospital, Coldwater.
He was born April 20, 1933, in St. Joseph, to Willibald and Marcella Omlor Brackman. On July 7, 1962, he married Alberta Nietfeld, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, David (Carrie) Brackman, Mason; siblings, Virgil (Mary Dean) Brackman, Portland, Ind., Ralph Brackman, Coldwater, Ceilie (Herman) Albers, Fort Loramie; and two grandchildren.
Deceased is a sister-in-law, Joann Brackman.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and had served with the U.S. Army for three years as a chief weapons electronics assembly specialist. He received the National Defense Service Medal.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, the Rev. Les Schmidt officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and 9-10 a.m. Wednesday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater.
