* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A lull in rainfall will continue for much of the day. However, additional storms will move into the area later this afternoon. The risk of heavy rainfall will be greatest tonight into early Friday morning. There is also the potential for storms to repeatedly move over the same locations, which increases flash flood risk.

Irene Borgerding Woeste
Irene S. Borgerding Woeste, 62, Coldwater, died at 5:45 a.m. Nov. 7, 2011, at her home.
She was born Feb. 6, 1949, in Mercer County, to John and Lillian Homan Fleck. On June 23, 1973, she married Raphael "Rafe" Borgerding, who died March 26, 1996. On Nov. 8, 2003, she married Carl Woeste, who survives in Coldwater.
Surviving are four children, Sandra (Dale) Bertke, St. Henry, Rebecca (Jim) Ungruhn, Maria Stein, Ron (Lisa) Borgerding, Huntsville, and Cory Borgerding, Burkettsville; two stepchildren, Jill Woeste, Mason, and Lynn (Mike) Carpenter, Lima; eight siblings, Carolyn (Jim) Kohlrieser, Carthagena, Paul (Carol) Fleck, St. Sebastian, Mark (Jane) Fleck, St. Sebastian, Alice (Hank) Kaiser, St. Sebastian, Wilma (Dan) Timmerman, Fort Recovery, George (Mary Lynn) Fleck, Duluth, Ga., Johnny (Linda) Fleck, Minster, and Jim (Pam) Fleck, Chickasaw; parents-in-law, Bill and Mary Woeste, Coldwater; in-laws, Bernice (Dale) Klosterman, Celina, Janice Borgerding, St. Henry, Nettie Borgerding, Dayton, Bob (Joe) Albers, North Star, Bob (Betty) Meiring, New Bremen, Ken (Lin) Woeste, Celina, Paul (Yoli) Woeste, Coldwater, and Ron (Lori) Woeste, Coldwater; and 14 grandchildren.
Deceased are in-laws, Bob Link, Shirley Fleck, Joe Borgerding, John Borgerding, Barb Albers and Vivian Meiring, and a grandson.
She was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the St. Bernard Ladies Sodality in Burkettsville. She was a member of the Celina Eagles Auxiliary.
She was employed in the office at Francis Furniture, Celina. She was a longtime town clerk in Burkettsville.
Funeral Mass is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Bernard Catholic Church, Burkettsville, the Rev. Benedict Magabe officiating. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Cemetery.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 9-9:40 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
