* WHERE...The following counties, in Indiana, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, the following counties, in Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Jerry Fetters
Jerry L. Fetters, 63, Celina, died March 30, 2012, at OSU Richard Ross Heart Center, Columbus.
He was born June 10, 1948, in Celina to Chester Fetters and Louella "Blanche" Howell Fetters Sowders. He married Judy Shinn, who survives.
Also surviving are a son, Brian (Valerie) Fetters, Celina; two stepsons, Tad Shinn and Cory Shinn, both of Celina; five siblings, Dick (Rita) Fetters, Montpelier, Ronnie (Becky) Fetters, Jeanette (Chuck) Zimmerman and Judy Martin, all of Celina, and Pam Kovar, Columbus; former wife, Debra Fetters, Celina; a stepsister-in-law, Alphie Sowders, Celina; and two grandchildren.
Deceased are a son, Mitchell Fetters; a brother, Rex Fetters; and a stepbrother, Hershal Sowders.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and worked for H.A. Dorsten, Minster, and the former Fetters Masonry, Celina. He was a member of Celina American Legion, Celina Veterans of Foreign Wars and Celina Moose.
Service is 10 a.m. Friday at St. John Lutheran Church, Celina, the Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina. He was a tissue donor.
