* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Zoe Parker
Zoe Grace Parker, 96, formerly of St. Marys, died at 1:20 a.m. July 22, 2012, at Otterbein Senior Lifestyle Choices, St. Marys.
She was born Jan. 12, 1916, in Leipsic to Roy and Mary Zerbach David. On Nov. 19, 1939, she married Robert D. Parker, who died April 1, 1981.
Surviving are two children, Richard (Ann) Parker, Minster, and Nancy Sue (Larry) Roettger, Sidney; seven grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.
Also deceased are three brothers, Ralph David, Claude David and Jack David, and two sisters, Emma Martin and Marcita Harris.
She was a 1933 graduate of Leipsic High School and was a member of St. Paul's United Church of Christ in St. Marys, where she taught Sunday School and sang in the choir. She helped organize Cub Scouts in St. Marys and was a Girl Scout leader. She also volunteered at Joint Township District Memorial Hospital, Valley Nursing Home and at the Auglaize County Chapter of the American Red Cross Bloodmobile.
Funeral rites are 11 a.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Ed. Bray officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 10-11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to St. Paul's United Church of Christ or Grand Lake Hospice Care.
