Ryah Howell
Ryah Howell, 9-month-old daughter of Kori Howell, St. Marys, died Nov. 9, 2012, in the emergency department of Wilson Memorial Hospital, Sidney.
Arrangements are being completed with Miller Funeral Homes, St. Marys.
