* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

Larry Bollenbacher
Larry D. Bollenbacher, 70, Celina, died Nov. 10, 2012, at his home.
He was born Feb. 11, 1942, in Sidney to Ernest and Mable Howell Bollenbacher. On April 18, 1998, he married Linda Shearer, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Deb Hileman, Rockford, Vicki (David) Bollenbacher, Rockford, Lisa (Kent) Marbaugh, Celina, Tessi Bollenbacher, Carmel, Ind., and Chris Bollenbacher, Rockville, Ind.; three stepchildren, Michelle Fleck, Columbus, Stephanie (Jesse) Hardin, St. Marys, and Jennifer (Jeffery) Oleski, Dublin; a brother, Darrell (Darlene) Bollenbacher, Celina; two sisters, Jean Shape, Celina, and Carol (Charles) Kirk, Coldwater; seven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren; and five stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are his first wife, Constance Poppe Bollenbacher; a sister, Janet Penrod; and a brother-in-law, Russell Shape.
He was retired from Case Leasing and Mercer Landmark.
Funeral services are 4 p.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. John Nunnally officiant. Burial will follow at Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 1:30-4 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
