* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Friday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could flood with more heavy rain.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional storms will move into the area after midnight, persisting through late Friday morning. Heavy rain can be expected with these storms, with the risk of flash flooding increasing with storms that repeatedly move over the same locations.

John Rauh
John M. Rauh, 68, Coldwater, died Nov. 11, 2012, at his home.
He was born Feb. 17, 1944, in Celina to Urban and Cecelia Reichert Rauh. On Nov. 15, 2011, he married Janie C. Turner, who survives.
Also surviving is a stepson, Eric (Tina) Sorg, La Salle, Mich.; a stepdaughter, Hannah Martin, St. Marys; a brother, Mark (Deborah) Rauh, Fort Recovery; a brother-in-law, Robert (Donna) Leugers, Union City; and six stepgrandchildren.
Deceased are a brother, Carl Rauh, and a sister, Dolores Leugers.
He graduated from Coldwater High School in 1962 and was retired from Goodyear in St. Marys. He served as president of the local 200L U.S. Steel Workers, St. Marys, and was a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, Celina, Loyal Order of Moose, Celina, and St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Anthony.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the church, Rev. Richard Walling officiant. Burial will follow at St. Anthony Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and 9-9:45 a.m. Wednesday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
