Burkettsville fire

Members of the Southwest Mercer Fire Department, aided by Celina firefighters, put out a blaze that destroyed a machine shed at 6490 Burrville Road Friday afternoon. Celina Fire Chief Doug Wolters said contents of the 24-by-36-foot building also were destroyed. There were no injures. The cause of the fire and name of the property owner was unavailable at press time.
