Vivian Davis
Vivian M. Davis, 87, Rockford, died at 12:20 p.m. June 4, 2013, at Colonial Nursing Center in Rockford.
She was born July 1, 1925, in Ohio City, to Albert and Daisy Welcome (Stutz) Mihm.
She was a 1943 graduate of Ohio City Liberty School and had been employed at the former National Seal, now Federal Mogul, in Van Wert, where she retired after 38 years. She lived in the area all her life and had been a resident of Rockford since 1949.
Surviving are a son, Gary (Ruth) Davis, Rockford, and a daughter, Connie (Don) Conn, Celina; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
Deceased are four sisters, Maxine Myers, Irene Williams, Lois Snyder, and an infant, and a brother, Carl Mihm.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at Ketcham-Ripley Funeral Home in Rockford, the Rev. Richard VanHorn officiating. Burial will be in Riverside Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. Sunday and one hour prior to the time of services Monday at the funeral home.
