Inez Bovee
Inez Ford Niswonger Bovee, 90, Wapakoneta, died at 9:07 a.m Nov. 6, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Sept. 23, 1923, in Cleveland to Kenneth George and Lena (Ford) Niswonger, who preceded her in death. She also was the stepdaughter of Isabelle Niswonger, who preceded her in death, and was the devoted granddaughter of Margaret Wample Niswonger, who resided in Ansonia, and with whom she spent her early childhood with in Ansonia.
On June 12, 1943, she married Lloyd Champlin Bovee, who died in 1992.
Surviving are two sons, Thomas Richard (Andy Homano) Bovee, Denver, Colo., and Michael William (Maria) Bovee, Quincy, Ill.; two daughters, Dianne Jenkins and Debra (George) Dicke, both of Wapakoneta; five grandchildren, Christopher (Stephanie) Jenkins, Wapakoneta, Jason Jenkins, Burbank, Calif., Jennifer (Aaron) Lentz, Fostoria, Michael Maximus Bovee, Evans, Ga., and Luke Bovee, Quincy, Ill.; three great-grandchildren, Tyler Jenkins and Taylor Jenkins, both of Wapakoneta, and Allison Lentz, Fostoria; and two stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaylee and A.J. Lentz, Fostoria.
She was a longtime member of the First United Methodist Church, Wapakoneta, and it's Hannah Circle. She was a charter member of the Auglaize County Humane Society.
Services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the First United Methodist Church, Wapakoneta, the Rev. Kim Pope-Seiberling officiating. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Cemetery, Wapakoneta.
Calling is 5-8 p.m. Friday at the Bayliff & Eley Funeral Home, Wapakoneta, and 9:30-10:30 a.m. Saturday at the church.
