The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency has issued a statewide Air Quality Advisory for the entire state of Ohio as smoke from Canadian wildfires continues to adversely impact air quality.
Pollutants across the state are expected to range from the 'Unhealthy For Sensitive Groups' category in the southwest part of the state to the 'Unhealthy' category in the rest of the state. Hourly concentrations at times may reach the 'Very Unhealthy' to 'Hazardous' categories.
It is recommended, when possible, to avoid strenuous outdoor activities, especially those with heart disease and respiratory conditions like asthma. Watch for symptoms including wheezing, coughing, chest tightness, dizziness, or burning in the nose, throat, and eyes.

Debra Budde
Debra K. Budde, 61, Lima, went to her heavenly home with Jesus at 8:10 p.m., Nov. 5, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born Dec. 3, 1951, in San Diego, Calif. to Theodore V. and Betty A. Hartman Dahlke, who survive in Lima. On June 18, 2005, she married Robert A. 'Bob' Budde, who survives in Lima.
Also surviving are a son, Josh Joseph, Lima; a daughter, Heidi (James) Hartz, Findlay; three grandchildren, Tyler, Madelyn and Malachi; a brother, Theodore L. (Carolyn) Dahlke, Lima; a sister, Kim (Jim) Lawrence, Harrod; stepchildren, Joe (Jessie) Budde, Orlando, Fla., Ben (Missy) Budde, St. Marys, Angie (Doyle) Harvey, Anna, Julie (John) Barnett, Wapakoneta, Dave (Noelle) Schwieterman, Anna, Tom (Shana) Schwieterman, Farmville, N.C., John (Shelley) Schwieterman, Maria Stein, Rick (Meghan) Schwieterman, Coldwater, and Todd (Tara) Joseph, Bellefontaine; 23 stepgrandchildren and her previous husband, Emerson C. Joseph (Maria), Elida.
She was a registered nurse for Lima Memorial Health Systems and Liberty Arts Magnet School. She was a member of Only Believe Ministries, Botkins, where she was a greeter and member of the church altar team. She graduated from Lima Senior High School, Lima Technical School and Bluffton University's nursing and business program. She enjoyed swimming, snow skiing and ballet. She adored her grandchildren, was a born again Christian and loved the Lord with all her heart. Psalm 91 was her favorite passage.
Calling is 3-5 p.m. Friday at Bayliff & Son Funeral Home, Cridersville. A memorial service will begin at 5 p.m. with the Rev. Dottie Kaiser officiating.
Memorials may be given to Liberty Arts Magnet School.
