* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mildred Hegemier
Mildred A. Hegemier, 83, Celina, died 8:45 P.M. Friday, August 28, 2015, at her residence.
She was born June 22, 1932, in Pruden, Tennessee, the daughter of Dewey and Maude (Davis) Marlow. She married Robert Hegemier on February 16, 1960, and he preceded her in death on May 30, 2008.
She is survived by her children Conley (Edith) Parker of Clearfield, Tennessee; Marilyn Teague of Jacksboro, Tennessee; by her step-children Karen Hegemier of Celina; LuAnn Hegemier of Celina; Dale (Christina) Hegemier of Pandora, Ohio. She is survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband and by her siblings Earl Baker and Lucille Swangin.
Mildred was a homemaker and a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Saint Marys. She enjoyed being with her family and cooking for them.
Funeral rites will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, August 31, 2015, at the Miller-Long and Folk Funeral Home, 314 West High Street, Saint Marys, Ohio, Pastor Tony Richmond, officiant. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, Saint Marys.
Friends may call from noon until the time of the funeral rites on Monday at the funeral home, where memorial gifts may be given to Zion Lutheran Church.
