* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ruth Wurster
Ruth E. Wurster, 95, Rockford, OH, passed away on August 28, 2015, 9:40 P.M. at The Laurels of Shane Hill, Rockford.
She was born April 3, 1920, Celina, OH. She was the daughter of John and Myrtle (Nolan) Beougher, both preceded her in death. She married Willard Wurster on August 28, 1936 and he preceded her in death.
She is survived by two daughters, Charlene (Pete) Ballinger, Celina, and Beverly (John) Hawk, Rockford; sister-in-law, Mollie Beougher, Rockford; four grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and thirteen great great grandchildren.
Also preceded in death two brothers, Charles and Dean Beougher; and a sister, Mary Grier.
Ruth retired from Huffy's in Celina after 23 years of service. She also worked hard as a devoted wife and homemaker.
She was a lifetime member of Neptune Baptist Church, Neptune, OH. Ruth's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family.
Funeral services were held at 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, August 30, 2015 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, OH, with Rev. Mark Rutledge, officiating; where the family received friends from 2-4 P.M. prior to the services.
Private graveside services will be held on Monday, August 31, 2015 at Neptune Cemetery, Neptune, OH.
