* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cory Ralston
Cory Joe Ralston, age 36, of Winchester, Indiana, (formerly of Rockford), passed away Friday, April 7, 2017 in Winchester.
He was born June 28, 1980 in Van Wert, to Scott A. & Jennifer K. Pond Ralston, who survive in Rockford.
Also surviving are Cory's three children: Jerica Shanai Ralston, Isaiah William Ralston and Carter Jeffrey Ralston, his brother: Chad A. Ralston of Minster, and grandparents: Betty Kuhn of Rockford, and Donald & Sue Ralston of Dayton. Other survivors are his friend, Marie Taylor and her children, Larissa and Austin.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Joshua Ralston, and grandparents: Janet & William Pond and Frank Kuhn.
Cory was a member of the Parkway High School Class of 1999. He was employed by Frank Miller Lumber and Outcalt Farms of Union City, Indiana.
He enjoyed hunting and going catfishing. He liked cooking, and experimenting with various spices to create dishes for his family to try. Cory was a jack-of-all-trades, who could do anything.
Calling Hours will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, from 2:00-6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 12, followed by the Funeral Service beginning at 6:00. Pastor Dave Souers will officiate.
Memorial contributions may be made to establish a fund for Cory's children's college education, in care of Scott and Jennifer Ralston.
