* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ottie Reed
Ottie A. Reed, 91, Celina, OH died Thursday April 6, 2017 at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born November 23, 1925 in Bell Co., KY to Abe and Bell (Lawson) Reed. On April 26, 1950, he married Linda Mae Grady, who died March 24, 2005.
He is survived by: son Arthur J. (Jane) Reed of Elkton, MD; son Benny Reed of Celina, OH; son Nick Reed of Celina, OH; daughter Mary Bister of Galion, OH; 5 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; sister Mildred Huddleston of Celina, OH.
He was preceded in death by: parents Abe and Bell Reed; wife Linda Mae Reed; brother Herbert "Mac" Reed; brother Charley Reed; daughter-in-law Robyn Reed.
Mr. Reed retired from the City of Celina, having worked in the street department. Earlier in life he had worked as a coal miner in Kentucky and for the Weston Paper Mill in St. Marys.
Ottie was mechanically inclined and enjoyed working on cars. He also like to collect and recycle aluminum cans.
Rites are scheduled to begin 2:00 p.m. Tuesday April 11, 2017 at Miller Funeral Home 1605 Celina Road (Ohio 703 West Chapel) in St. Marys.
Visitation 12:00 noon-2:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.
