* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Theona Hilleary
Theona Elona Mae "Sis" (Mowery) Hilleary age 96, of Celina, Ohio passed away at 6:33 p.m. on Saturday, July 1, 2017 at the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center in Van Wert.
She was born on May 17, 1921 in Toledo, Ohio to the late Luther J. Mowery and Minnie (Gilbert) Mowery Schott. On April 18, 1939, she married Lewis Benjamin Hilleary, who died Sept. 6, 2005. Theona is survived by: her three sons & daughters-in-law Lewis W. "Skip" & Sharon Hilleary of Urbana, Guy E. & Jane Hilleary of Celina, Klayton K. & Mary Hilleary of Wapakoneta, Pam Hilleary of Mendon; a daughter Diana K. Siegrist of Celina; 13 grandchildren; 3 step grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren, 9 step great grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren and 1 step great-great grandchild.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, step father William Schott, her husband, her son Michael L.Hilleary, a granddaughter, a step grandson, three brothers; Dominic Mowery, Charles Mowery, Johnny Mowery, her sister Mary Ellen Mowery and her two half brothers; Raymond Schott, Robert Schott.
Theona was formerly employed at the Lima Tank Plant and then became a homemaker. She was a member of the Grace Missionary Church in Celina. Theona loved her family very much, and prayed for them. She had a lovely smile and girlish giggle. She had a way of making her family feel loved.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday July 6, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Brett Suder officiating. Burial will follow in Zion State Line Public Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday July 5, 2017 and from 9:30-10:30 a.m. on Thursday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
In Lieu of flowers the Hilleary family request that memorial contributions be made to the Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center. Condolences may be left at LehmanDzendzelFH.com.
