* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

Richard C. "Handle Bar Rick" Swaney, 67, Wapakoneta, died at 10:05 a.m. Sept. 16, 2017, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
Services are at 7 p.m. Thursday at Harvest Baptist Church, 1301 Navajo Trail, Wapakoneta, Pastor Tony Dirr officiating.
Calling is from 2-4 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the church.
