* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Karen Andrews
Karen L. Andrews, age 71, of Celina, passed away Saturday, November 25, 2017 at her residence.
Born November 12, 1946 in Celina, she was a daughter of the late Frederick B. Thees Sr. and Genevieve "Peg" (Saunders) Thees Heppeard.
Karen is survived by her partner of the last 17 years, John Kuhn, and a son, Ryan Andrews, of Celina. Also surviving are John's children, Lizbeth (Brian) Hemmelgarn of Springboro and John N. (Betsy) Kuhn of Tampa, FL, and six Grandchildren: Austin, Sutton, Livia, Gabe, Carolina and Charlie. Her special Mother-in-law, Alta Jean Kuhn, survives along with Brothers & Sister-in-law: Doug & Sheryle Kuhn of Celina, and Ron "Gig" Grieshop of Coldwater, Nieces & Nephews, Great Nieces & Nephews, and a former Sister-in-law, Kathy Baker.
She was preceded in death by a son, Kyle Andrews in 1992, a brother, Fred Thees Jr. in 2001, a sister, Kathy Hymer in 2009, and a Special Father-in-law, Clarence Kuhn.
A graduate of Coldwater High School, Karen was Self-Employed at TomiJon Wholesale in Wapakoneta. She had been a former member of the Iota Psi Chapter of Phi Beta Psi Sorority. Her favorite pastimes were doing yard work and spending time with the Grandkids.
Private Committal Services will be held at North Grove Cemetery, Celina.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Cancer Association of Mercer County.
