* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Kevin Schoen
Kevin J. Schoen, age 57, of Celina, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2017 at his residence.
He was born December 18, 1959 in Celina, the son of the late Walter J. "Wally" & Dorothy L. (Heckler) Schoen. He married Marge Horton on March 28, 1992, and she survives along with their son, Greg J. (Elizabeth) Schoen of St. Marys, and grandson, Owen J. Schoen.
Several Brothers-in-law & Sisters-in-law, Nieces & Nephews, Great Nieces & Nephews and Cousins, also survive.
Kevin was a 1977 graduate of Celina High School, and earned a Bachelor's Degree from DeVry University in Columbus. He had worked at Carl Wright's Truck Stop, as a sound technician at RG Sound, and was employed in material services at CAPT, all in Celina.
Kevin was a member of the National Rifle Association (NRA), Buckeye State Sheriffs' Association, and New Life Fellowship in Van Wert. Favorite pastimes were hunting, playing cards, and watching sports, especially Ohio State Football and the Cincinnati Reds. Kevin enjoyed being with his family, and loved his grandson dearly.
Funeral Services will be held at 12:00 Noon Tuesday, November 28, at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Dan Custis officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Cemetery in Celina.
Calling Hours are 10:00 a.m.-12:00 Noon on Tuesday, at the Funeral Home.
