* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union and Wayne, Kentucky, including the following counties, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...Through Wednesday evening.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Additional thunderstorms are expected through Wednesday. Locally heavy rainfall and the potential for storms to repeatedly track over the same areas are possible. This will result in the potential for flash flooding.

Katharyn Luth
Katharyn M. (Harris) Luth, age 85 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Friday Nov. 24, 2017 at her residence in Celina.
She was born on April 5, 1932 in Montezuma, Ohio to the late Clarence and Gladys (Miller) Harris. Graduate of Center Twp. School in 1950. She married Richard Adams in 1951 and he preceded her in death in 1993.
She was also preceded in death by her brothers-in-law Arnold Stelzer, Robert (Millie) Adams, Carl Springer and a sister-in-law Ruth (Dusty) Fontanini.
In July of 2002 she married Ralph Luth, who lives in Celina. Also surviving are her two daughters and sons-in-law Teresa (Jerry) Severt of Coldwater, Barbara (David) Ahrens of Celina, Step son Tom (Norma) Luth of Celina, 5 grandchildren Tracy Dyckman, Christi & Brad Kramer, Gregg & Lauren Severt, Shelley & Jason Stover, Sam & Carla Ahrens, 2 step grandsons Dylan & Ashley Luth, Zebulun Luth, 10 great grandchildren, 3 step great grandchildren, sister Bonnie Stelzer of Celina, and a sister-in-law Marilyn Springer of Chula Vista, Ca.
She retired from Fanning & Howey Architectural Firm in 1989 and Agco Manufacturing. Her favorite pastimes were golfing, playing cards and spending time with her family.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday Nov. 29, 2017 at the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza and Vicar Dan Gutman officiating. Burial will follow in North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 3 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday Nov. 28, 2017 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday at the Church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John Lutheran Church.
