* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 810 AM EDT, radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Troy, Piqua, Greenville, Celina, Tipp City, St. Marys, West Milton, Coldwater, New Bremen, Minster, Versailles, Covington, St. Henry, Arcanum, Newport, Bradford, Union City, Fort Loramie, Fort Recovery and Pleasant Hill.

James Baucher
James E. Baucher, age 77 of Celina, Ohio, passed away on Thursday, Dec. 28, 2017 at the St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
He was born in Celina, Ohio, on Dec. 21, 1940 to the late Burl and Velma (Wrigley) Baucher.
Surviving is the love of his life Nancy Kruger of Celina, three children Bret and Jamie Baucher of Celina, Brian and Kristen Baucher of Austin, Texas, Danielle and Kevin Noe of Kalamazoo, Michigan, 8 grandchildren, Brooke, Bryn, Camden, Skylar, Emory, Taelyn, Piper, Colton, a brother and sister-in-law Jerry Lee and Margaret of Adrian, Michigan, and a sister Carolyn Leffler of Celina. James was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers-in-law Jack Detrick and Donald Leffler.
Jim graduated from the Celina High School, with the Class of 1958, received his bachelors in Mathematics from Bowling Green State University and his Masters from Michigan State University. He taught at the Hillsdale Schools in Michigan and retired from teaching in 1990. After retirement he became known as the Peanut-Man, vending roasted peanuts at fairs and festival for 34 years.
He was a member of the Grand Lake United Methodist Church in Celina, the Celina Moose Lodge, the Elks in Celina and a social member of the Celina American Legion Post #210. Jim loved his sports and was inducted in the first class of the Celina High School Hall of Fame. He enjoyed harness racing and owned several harness racing horses. In his spare-time he played shuffle board and played golf at the Mercer County Elks. He wintered in Ft. Myers, Florida.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2018 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Pastor Diane Mendelson officiating. Burial will follow in Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina. Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. on Tuesday Jan. 2, 2018 or an hour before services on Wednesday at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home.
