* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Hollies Dilbone
Hollies A. Dilbone, age 101, of Mendon, Ohio, passed away at Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford, Ohio at 3:49 pm, on Saturday, June 9, 2018.
She was born August 17, 1916, in Mercer County, Ohio, to the late Edgar and Bertha (Wilson) Nolan. On December 25, 1951, she married Willard B. "Red" Dilbone, and he preceded her in death on June 16, 2011.
Surviving are daughters, Carole (Montie) McGillvary and Audrey (Stephan) Snyder, all of Mendon, a sister, June Schott, New Bremen; seven grandchildren, Greg, Lori, Kari, Jeff, Jesse, Steve, and Kellie; 18 great-grandchildren; and 6 great–great–grandchildren.
Also preceded in death by a son Richard Clay; a brother, Delbert Nolan; and two sisters; Armetha Hawk, and Catherine Engle.
Hollies graduated in 1934 from Breckenridge High School in Breckenridge, MI. She was a homemaker and attended Mendon United Methodist Church in Mendon. She enjoyed sewing and most of all spending time with her family and friends.
Funeral services will begin at 12:00 pm on Tuesday, June 12, 2018 in Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, with Pastor Rob Glenn officiating; where the family will receive friends from 10:00 am–12:00 pm prior to the service. Burial will follow at Mendon Cemetery in Mendon, Ohio.
Memorial contributions can be made to Mendon United Methodist Church, Mendon, Ohio.
