Wind chill values may be as low as 5 below and 10 below zero, which will continue through into early Thursday morning. These wind chills are harsh on the body and could cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes with any exposed skin. Bundle up in extra layers and try to limit time outdoors.

CELINA - Nearly 30 new cases of COVID-19 reported on Thursday raised Mercer County's total to 1,412.
Ohio also experienced its highest number of cases reported on a single day since the pandemic began, as 2,425 cases raised the state's total to 190,430 confirmed and probable cases.
