Rollin "Mike" Smith
Rollin M. "Mike" Smith, Geneva, IN. passed away Monday, January 25th in Fort Wayne, IN. at Lutheran Hospital.
He was born March 8, 1939 in Muncie, IN to Roy and Madge Smith. He married his wife, Janice, on January 12th, 1956, she survives.
Mike worked for 28 years with McIntosh in Berne, IN. He also worked as a driver for Amish crews for 2 years and worked 4 years of Maintenance at Briarwood Manor in Coldwater, OH before retiring. Mike loved his family, IU Basketball and hi Pug, Jo. He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Rockford, OH.
Loving survivors also include children, Rick (Tam) Smith of Berne, IN, Mick (Penny) Smith of Mendon, OH and Troy (Nikki) Smith of Celina, OH, 11 grand children, 18 great grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, siblings Mack (Diana) Smith of Bryant, IN, Brenda Smith of Berne, IN, sister-in-law Judy Smith of Berne, IN, and several nieces and nephews.
Mike was predeceased by 2 grandchildren, Kamara Smith and Mason Caudill, brother Leroy Smith, and nephews Kyle Smith and Scott Smith.
A private family service was held on Thursday, January 28, 2021, Pastor Larry Edds officiating. Burial will take place at a later date.
