* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nila Piper
Nila "Sue" Piper, age 83 of Celina, Ohio passed away on Sunday, April 25, 2021 at the Vancrest of St. Mary's Heath Care Center.
She was born on February 13, 1938 in Chattanooga, Ohio to the late Dwight and Grace (Huffman) Raudenbush. On July 8, 1961 she married Daniel Jordan Piper, who died June 1, 2014.
Survivors include her children Jenny (Ron) Kuhn of Celina, Shawn (Christine) Piper of Westerville, six grandchildren: Nicholas (Mckenzie) Piper, Alex (Tracie) Adams, Natalie (Joe) Mustard, Madison (Spencer) Hunt, Jenna (Peyton) Williams, Grant Piper, twelve great grandchildren: Piper Mustard, Jaxson Mustard, Jordon Mustard, Joey Mustard, Camden Piper, Zayden Hunt, Braxton Brooks, Nila Hunt , Avah Williams, Nova Williams, Dawson Williams, Camryn Adams.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister Phyllis (James W. "Bill") Nash.
Sue graduated from Celina High School with the Class of 1956. She was the employed as the Director of Van Wert council on Aging and was a Council Member and the Income Tax Administrator for the Village of Convoy. She was a cafeteria worker at the Crestview High School. Sue was a member of the St. John Lutheran Church in Celina. She loved her family and was always involved in her grand children's lives and made sure all of her grandchildren experienced Disney World. She enjoyed sewing, reading the Bible, watching Nascar and supporting her Pittsburg Stealers Football team.
Funeral services will be held at 2:00p.m. on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the Lehman-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina, with Rev. Jeff Gramza officiating. Burial will follow in the North Grove Cemetery in Celina.
Friends may call from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. before services at the funeral Home. All Attendees are required to wear a mask, in accordance with the mandate of the Ohio Department of Health.
Memorial contributions may be made to the St. John Lutheran Church 1100 N. Main St. Celina, Ohio 45822.
