* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. * WHERE...Portions of east central Indiana, including the following counties, Fayette, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Auglaize, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hardin, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Shelby and Union. * WHEN...From 4 PM EDT this afternoon through Thursday morning. * IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - A complex of storms will develop later this afternoon and continue overnight. Repeated rounds of storms, combined with the extremely wet soil conditions will increase the risk for flash flooding later this evening into the overnight hours.

William Jones
William J. (Bill) Jones, age 70, passed away Saturday November 6, 2021 in Mt. Pleasant North Carolina after a brief illness.
He was born July 10, 1951 in Celina to the late Wilbur (Gomer) and Anna Lou Jones.
He is survived by his fiance, Judith Hale of Mt. Pleasant. Also surviving are his children, Heather Jones, his son Kyle Jones and Janice Brockman of Celina. Sisters, Linda and Terry Borgert of Beaufort S.C. and Mary Jo and Steve Alig of Celina. 4 Grandchildren and 2 Great grandchildren.
Bill was a 1969 graduate of Celina High School and worked for many years at the Huffy Corp. before retiring in North Carolina.
