* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Sunday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:40 PM EDT Saturday the stage was 13.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.2 feet just after midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage early tomorrow afternoon. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mr. Bumble, played by Breckin Scott, drags Oliver Twist, played by Bentley Mohler, by the ear during a dress rehearsal of Coldwater Middle School's production of Oliver Jr. on Tuesday evening. Showings of the musical will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. Saturday and 3 p.m. on Sunday in the Coldwater auditeria. Tickets are $8 at the door.
