IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely.

CELINA - A 39-year-old Coldwater Emergency Medical Services volunteer was arrested Saturday morning on multiple charges, including eight felony counts of theft of drugs.
Ashlee R. Heinl-Botkin of Coldwater was booked into the Mercer County jail and is being held without bond until further order of the court, according to a news release from Mercer County Sheriff Jeff Grey. [More]
Mendon levy

MENDON - Village voters will decide on a five-year, 2.5-mill renewal operating levy at the Nov. 7 general election.
The current levy was first placed on the ballot in 2008, according to village fiscal officer Kristina Boroff. If renewed, the levy would continue to collect $15,401 annually. The owner of a $100,000 home would continue to pay $74 a year. [More]
