Humongous duck stands SIX STORIES!

CELINA - Mama, the world's largest rubber duck, is used to making a splash, but for the first time, she's here in Celina, right by Grand Lake, which may be too small for even her.
Duck owner Craig Samborski of Minnesota has been taking her all over the country, but for today and Wednesday, she'll be stationed inside the Mercer County Fairgrounds, bright, beaming and yellow. [More]

We have been very lucky this year with the weather. Yes, it has been hot, but there have been a lot of days that are perfect getting together and enjoying our lake.

ST. MARYS - City councilors on Monday heard first reading of an ordinance that would prohibit cannabis dispensaries and cultivators in St. Marys indefinitely.
CELINA - City councilors on Monday night agreed to extend a partnership with Celina City Schools, authorizing a police officer to work as a school resource officer (SRO) for the next four school years.

ST. HENRY - Village councilors on Monday passed final reading of an ordinance officially authorizing an annexation agreement between the village, Mark and Renae Gels and Granville Township.

NEW BREMEN - The owners of a laundromat/car wash operation will now branch out into tropical plants.
Himchor He and Jacob Bergman plan to build a greenhouse next to the Wash Haus. When they purchased the businesses, it came with a vacant concrete slab, which they now will put to use.
