* WHAT...Very cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero are expected.
* WHERE...Portions of east central and southeast Indiana and central, southwest, and west central Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 10 AM EST this morning.
* IMPACTS...The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Very cold temperatures can lead to hypothermia with prolonged exposure.

Douglas Teeters
Douglas S. Teeters, age 70, of Wabash, passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025, at Mercy Health - St. Rita's Medical Center, in Lima. He was born November 24, 1954, in Celina, to Charles J. and Madella M. (Ashman) Teeters.
Surviving is his wife, Elizabeth Teeters, and their four sons: Jason D. Teeters, Ryan P. Teeters, Nathan A. Teeters, and Dylan M. Teeters; and sisters-in-law: Janet Lindemeyer and Carol Billger, all of Celina.
Doug was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Terry and sister-in-law, Dorothy Teeters; and brothers-in-law and sister-in-law: Pat and Dottie Teeters, Ronnie Teeters, and Kenny Teeters, Ronald W. Lindemeyer, and Gary Billger.
A 1973 graduate of Celina High School, Doug had worked at Mersman Tables, New Idea Farm Equipment, and was employed for the last 20 years at FCC in Portland. He had been a member of the former Wabash Church, and attended Celina Church of the Nazarene. Doug had owned many classic Hot Rods, and loved riding motorcycles, popping wheelies, and burning rubber. He enjoyed playing tennis and golf. Doug was an avid fan of the Cleveland Browns, Cincinnati Reds, and The Ohio State Buckeyes. He loved his Pit Bull, Daisy.
Calling Hours will be held at W.H. Dick & Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home in Celina, on Friday, January 24th, from 2:00 to 4:00 PM, followed by the Funeral Service, starting at 4:00. Pastor Mark Maier will officiate.
Memorial Contributions may be made to The American Heart Association.
