* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Susan N. Meyer-Swiger
Susan N. Meyer-Swiger, age 53 of Minster, Ohio, died on Friday, September 5, 2025 at her home in Minster.
She was born on October 25, 1971 in Cincinnati, Ohio. Her father Thomas Meyer preceded her in death on October 1, 2024 and her mother Nancy (Smith) Meyer survives in Minster. She married Tom Swiger, and he preceded her in death on March 19, 2013.
She is survived by brother: John Meyer, Spencerville and sister Lynda & Matt Ranly, New Bremen, nieces & Nephews, Jake, Gabe & Emma Goodwin, Madie, Ethan and Grace Meyer and great nephew Wyatt, and special pet dog Bella.
Susan attended St. Augustine Catholic Church and loved all family related events and loved being around people she met at Dollar General, where she was a cashier.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, September 13, 2025 at St. Augustine Catholic Church, Minster with burial to follow in St. Augustine Cemetery.
Friends may call at the Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster on Friday, September 12, 2025 from 5 to 8 PM and from 8:30 to 9:00 AM on Saturday.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Auglaize County Humane Society.
