Carl volunteered countless hours at the Country Fest, the Shrine, Maron Local Schools, and for anyone who asked for help. Carl was known for his ability to fix just about anything, his clever inventions that solved everyday problems, and his exceptional woodworking skills. From furniture & clocks to bookshelves & clothing racks, his handcrafted creations are in so many homes that the family has lost count.
He worked for Midmark Corporation for 44 years in quality assurance, beginning his career as a welder. After retiring, he made cabinets and doors for a local woodworker.
