The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 20th day of May, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Tim and Stephani Belmaggio, requests a Variance in the set-back requirements for the property located at 7707 St. Rt. 219, Celina, Ohio 45822.
As per Section 1127:39 of the Zoning Code, the front yard set-back is to be 25'. This is a Non-Conforming Lot and the applicants are requesting a Variance of 4' in the front yard set-back for the construction of a residence on the property.
