Section 1127:37 of the Zoning Code requires a 15' set-back in the rear yard from the edge of the water. The applicant is requesting a Variance of 9' in the rear yard set-back to convert an existing concrete pad to a wood deck and to install a pergola roof system.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals, Mercer County, Ohio, will have a variance permit hearing on September 26, 2023, at 7:00 p.m. for Brian Secrest, 6659 Erastus Durbin Rd., Celina, Ohio. Brian Secrest would like to add onto his current residence which then he would not meet the side setback requirements of twenty feet and the setback requirements of seventy-five feet from the centerline of the road.
