The Village of Osgood will conduct a public hearing on the 10th day of May, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. at the Village Council Chambers located at 125 Main Street, Osgood, OH to consider the following Ordinances:
Ordinance to Amend Section 300 of the Village Zoning Code to add District A-1, Agriculture, Water Management and Natural Land Use;
Ordinance to Amend the Village Zoning Code to add Section 660 Prohibiting Shouses, Mobile Homes or House Trailers;
Ordinance to Amend Section 655 c. of the Village Zoning Code to allow the use of certain automatic swimming pool covers in lieu of pool fences or walls;
Ordinance to Establish the Zoning Classifications for the 27.260-acre tract recently annexed into the Village of Osgood;

Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Commission of the Village of St. Henry at 5:15 p.m on April 14, 2025. at the St. Henry Council Chambers located at 121 W. Washington St., St. Henry, OH 45883 regarding a variance request at 331 Anthony Drive, St. Henry. Request is for a variance to the west building setback line. The existing minimum building setback is 30' off the road right-of-way. The request is to allow a garage addition to be constructed 15' off the road right-of-way.

The Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 21st day of April, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina. The application, submitted by Rich Nicholson, requests a Variance in the set-back requirements for the property located at 5387 Woodland Road, Celina, OH 45822.
As per Section 1127:39 of the Zoning Code, the side yard set-back is to be 8' from the neighbor's property. The applicant is requesting a Variance of 4' from the house to the property line on the south side and a Variance of 1' on the north side for the construction of a residence on the property.
