This notice is to inform you that the Franklin Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing to consider the application for a Variance Request on the 5th day of August, 2024, at 6:30 P.M. at the Franklin Township House, 6805 St. Rt. 219, Celina.
The application, submitted by Jacob Rison, requests a Variance in the set-back requirements for the property located at 7601 St. Rt. 219, Celina, Ohio.
Sections 1127:35 and 1127:39 of the Zoning Code require a set-back of 15' in the rear yard.
The applicant is requesting a set-back of 0' in the rear yard so that a deck can be built up against the channel.

A public hearing will be held before the Butler Township Trustees on August 5, 2024, at 8:00 P.M. at the Butler Township House, 306 West Main Street, Coldwater, Ohio, for the purpose of hearing the following:
An application by Nick and Eric Grey to amend the zoning code to rezone the property located at or near 4691 U.S. Route 127, Celina, Ohio from A1/R1 to commercial. The property being considered for the zoning change includes 19.39 acres and is Parcel No. 02-014600.0304 in Butler Township and is contiguous to S.R. 219 and next to the Dollar General Store. The Trustees will consider the request and hear public comment at that time. The application and survey for the proposal will be available for examination at the office of the Mercer County Commissioners weekdays between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. prior to the hearing. Upon completion of its review, the Trustees will decide whether to amend the code.

LEGAL NOTICE
The Washington Township Zoning Board of Appeals, Mercer County, Ohio, will have a variance permit hearing on July 23, 2024, at 8:00 p.m. for Nicholas Post, 1394 St. Rt. 29, Celina, OH 45822. Nicholas Post would like to rebuild his residence and it would not meet the side setback requirements of twenty feet and the rear setback requirements of thirty feet. He is requesting a variance and asking what the minimum requirements would be to meet the zoning board requirements.
