ST. HENRY - A St. Henry parent wants the school's club swim team to become a varsity sport.
Team manager Marie Weitzel, who has a child on the team, told the paper she wants the club team upgraded to a varsity sport - primarily to cover the expenses participants currently must self-finance.
MINSTER - Minster village councilors Tuesday night discussed a proposed subdivision to be located west of Four Seasons Park. The subdivision, being planned by Dave Tebbe, includes 25 residential lots in the initial phase.
CHICKASAW - After advertising for bids twice, village council on Tuesday night approved selling a 2.47-acre parcel of village land at the end of Roosevelt Street and along the north edge of Chickasaw Creek.
