Three Mercer Soil and Water Conservation District office employees will be working full-time again.
The employees had been working a reduced schedule for about 18 months due to budget cuts. The SWCD board of supervisors approved putting the employees back on full-time status.
Jerry Linn was hired at the Mercer County Soil and Water Conservation District in 1965 and his service to the district and county will be sorely missed, said board member and recent SWCD board Chairman Rick Muhlenkamp.
